![reputation [VINYL]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Pm4vut3tL.jpg)

Sitxh studio album by the American singer and songwriter. The album topped the charts in the UK and features the singles 'Look What You Made Me Do', '...Ready for It?', 'End Game' (featuring Ed Sheeran and Future), 'New Year's Day', 'Gorgeous' and 'Delicate'. Review: A Must-Have for Any Taylor Swift Fan - Reputation has always been one of my favourite Taylor Swift albums — it’s bold, emotional, and sonically rich. Now that Taylor has regained ownership of her masters, I felt it was the perfect time to support her directly by purchasing the vinyl version of this iconic album. The quality of the vinyl is outstanding. From the packaging to the actual pressing, everything feels thoughtfully produced. The artwork is stunning and does justice to the era it represents. The sound quality is warm and immersive — there’s something about hearing tracks like Don’t Blame Me or Getaway Car on vinyl that makes the whole experience even more powerful and intimate. As a long-time fan, I couldn’t be happier to finally own this record in physical form. It’s not just a great album — it’s a statement, and owning it on vinyl feels extra special knowing Taylor is now in full control of her work. I highly recommend this to any Taylor Swift fan, vinyl collector, or music lover in general. It’s an album that truly deserves a place in your collection. Review: Taylor Swift Picture Disc Album 👍🏻 - What a great album. Gatefold cover in black & white, both vinyl picture discsr have black & white pictures of Taylor, all four sides have a different picture. I can remember when picture discs were of iffy quality, thankfully the quality today is superb. Every track is good in its own way. A most enjoyable album. The first Taylor Swift album I bought was after her British tour. She gave away millions of pounds to various British charities and I thought if she can do that the least I could do was buy one of her albums ... that was six albums ago! Love her music she is a talented musician, but I'm sticking to her rock/pop albums as I'm not a big fan of country which her early albums are based on. A very talented young lady.

Great quality, only skipped once!
SUCH A GOOD RECORD! ive never bought a picture disk before, so i was surprised that it actsully sounds good, even on high volume, better quality then some regualr black LPs. i listened to the whole thing and it only skipped once in Future's verse on Endgame (ft. Ed Sheeran + Future), so, really impressed. The picture disk print is so high quality and has the gorgeous rep photoshoot. Great album, great pressing, great artist.

230. "I'm sorry, Taylor Alison Swift can't come to the phone right now... Why? 'Cause she's busy slaying!"
"We think we know someone, but the truth is that we only know the version of them they have chosen to show us. There will be no further explanation. There will be just reputation." Her intro note to the album says it all really. Having had managed to attract huge attention prior to the release of this, her 6th outing, that alone is reason why this album is deemed newsworthy. For anyone who could argue that pop music has devolved to being bland, repetitive, processed, soulless, and that is no longer interesting or as about as lasting as the fizz in an open can of soda, these 15 songs prove that 27 year-old megastar Taylor Swift can be seen as some sort of a pop saviour. Co-written and co-produced by herself, pop svengali Max Martin and fellow partner Shellback, and Jack Antonoff, on this she is shedding any hint of her former country-pop profile, going full electronic pop, completing the bold transition from teen country superstar to full-blown EDM popstress. Tailor-made to the last detail, oozing confidence, and showcasing growth, wit, fun, whilst feeling simultaneously nostalgic and futuristic, "reputation" is undeniably TS's most private, personal, versatile, yet, ambitious project to date. From the enigmatic use of serpent imagery to tease the new album, the impressive - and filled with references - videos, and somewhere between the catchy hooks and the immediacy of the simplicity of the lyrics, the record which is predominantly concerned with Swift's relationship with the media, is a reminder that, not everyone is what they look like. Light on break-up but big on love songs, the revengeful "I did something bad" is one of the key tracks to the album, thematically and sound-wise. Elsewhere, the Ed Sheeran+Future-assisted "End game" is a definite future hit single. The dramatic "Getaway car" is quite sensational. "Delicate" is a thing of beauty. "King of my heart" showcases a wonderful '80s vibe. "Call it what you want" is a another mighty pop number. "Dancing with our hands tied" is just epic (a personal favourite). The witty "Gorgeous" is another highlight. As for singles "Look what you made me do" and "...Ready for it?", the first one is a genius promo single, and the latter arguably one of the most addictive tunes released this year. The piano-driven closer, "New Year's Day", is the nicest surprise on here (and possibly the next single?). There really is nothing that TS should worry about. "reputation" is a shiny pop record, which will most probably become another record-breaker. Back in November 2007, the eternal princess of pop was releasing her acclaimed and much celebrated "Blackout" album. Exactly 10 years later, pop's new royalty with "reputation" offers a very similar in many ways album, one that has all the potential to become as iconic as Britney's classic. Currently charting in 102 iTunes country Charts, and No. 1 in 94 countries, and reportedly having sold around 700,000 copies in the US alone on its first day of release, there is little question the album will sell about as well as her previous 3, which scanned over 1 million units in their first weeks. From her 2006 debut's amazing success onwards, Taylor Swift has been going from strength to strength. She has talent, taste, works hard, and produces some of the finest pop ditties. She has certainly become a fixture in the music industry and, ultimately, a defining force. That is a pretty damn good reputation, I say. Note: The album comes in a slipcase, featuring a double-sided poster, and a 20-page booklet with lyrics and credits (no photos). Also, available are 2 fully illustrated, 80-page magazine editions, surely the ultimate purchase for fans (another clever commercial move - I ain't a Swiftie, but had to order both, they are likely to become collectibles soon).

It was delivered earlier than I expected, and in perfect condition. Here is a list of things that comes within the package: Firstly, the package is plastic sealed. Inside the package you will find the CD case and the poster. The poster is double-sided, meaning it has a picture of Taylor(with printed signature) on each side. Since it's folded, so it will have creases. Next, within the CD case, you will find a lyric booklet, a Ticketmaster boost card (which boosted your chances of getting a seat near the stage during reputation Stadium Tour, it is of no use now), and of course a beautiful CD. The album is so much better than what the biased critics gave it score for (due to the Kimye drama, but we all know Taylor told the truth, proof is on YouTube 😄). This was the first Taylor album I purchased, and I have heard all of hers, this album is my favourite. Stream Taylor's latest album folklore.

I am sorry to say that I did not enjoy this album. The collection of songs found in "Reputation" to me were generic, and uncreative. They sounded overproduced as if they came out of a factory. Although the music managed to continue on with Swift's usual themes of sexual provocativeness, and romance, it came off as putrid, and especially uninspired. This is probably her weakest album to date...but that is in no way suggesting it's bad. What it is is a mixed bag. Some songs are fine, while others aren't anything you'd give a second listen to. This album feels like it was made by someone that is fat and happy, and only trying to meet obligations to stay relevant. While I wouldn't call this Swift's best work by any stretch of the imagination, as mentioned earlier, it isn't bad. The last song on the album called "New Year's Day" was well done. It was a tad mawkish, but simple, and sweet. Then on the opposite end of that there's "Dress" which I thought was terrible. Who buys a dress just so someone can take it off? What a waste of money for filth. But if you enjoyed this, then your opinion is just as valid as mine. I am in no way trying to dissuade anyone from buying this CD. I guess I'm just not a huge fan of cute white girl music. To each their own. P.S. In case you're wondering why my 5-star rating doesn't match the content of my review, I did that intentionally. Art is subjective. I don't hold the opinion that my lack of enjoyment will be the same for you. Buy it. Give it a listen, and make up your own mind.
