Better than the weighted ones
I wasn't sure about this dosing funnel since I'd seen several reviews saying the magnets weren't strong enough or that it wore out. I've been using it for a couple of months now without one single issue. The magnets snap on pretty easily and are strong enough to keep the funnel secured to the portafilter upside down (not that you'd need to hold to PF upside down). That being said, it can easily be removed if needed.I've tried weighted dosing funnels before and those were a bit finicky--they were heavy but somehow still easy to knock off accidentally and ruin a good puck. I recommend this one over the other style.Normcore has yet to disappoint: I've been using their portafilter, basket (I think?), puck screen and this funnel for months with not one single issue. I highly recommend this dosing funnel and their other products as well.

Fabulous fit and finish
This funnel, much like the rest of the Normcore range, offers great value for money. You won't lose coffee because the funnel doesn't fit your 58mm portafilter quite right and I'm confident that I won't find a stray magnet in my brew! The funnel compliments my other accessories and makes my coffee making routine just that little bit more predictable and convenient.
