While they didn't fit all my baking sheets perfectly, the little bit of overlap was not an issue when baking (and it's not the mat's fault!). My cookies were easy to remove from the mats, unlike with parchment paper where they sometimes stick. And again, easy to clean with just a little soapy water (my other brand doesn't clean as well). I've only used them a couple of times so I can't comment on durability, but I think they will be fine over a long period.
