iQualTech iPhone Fast Charger with Charging Cable

***UPDATED below (5/12/19) USB part in the plug is off centre cable doesn’t fit comfortably - disappointing purchase would not buy again would not recommend seems to be following a common trend of items on Amazon recently incredibly poor quality - ***I’ve ignored a years worth of casual emails from this seller reaching out to me to discuss the review and the faulty product, and with absolute no response from me they’ve persisted and recently sent a replacement - I think it’s important to acknowledge their efforts & will reconsider my initial 1 star rating

Charged my Apple SE in about 70 mins with little to no heat from the product. Going to get a USB extension cable because the supplied wire is a little too short, but otherwise a value for money product.

Seems good so far!Arrived quickly, charges my phone 😊Very hard to know with chargers, but so far so good!Not cheap, not too expensive; but I'm hoping that means it'll last more than a month!

Worked ok first four or five charges after which it failed to register it was charging. Faulty wire.In light of the above, iQualTech immediately offered an apology and promptly sent a free replacement which upto now is working as it should. I call that great customer service.

The product works well. Excellent customer service. I Reported a fault in the wiring after 2 months and a new one was sent out straight away as per the warranty.

Are these really "fast". Seems no faster than that supplied with original equipment. Maybe I'm expecting too much? Does the job o.k. on 'phone and iPads (longer charging) though, which is what matters. More compact than original charger supplied with equipment.

One of the cables was missing the package wasn’t open but when I went inside both plastic bags were not sealed and one was missing the cable so I have 2 plugs and one cable !
