I was growing out bleached streaks in my hair, which compared to white, obviously, makes my natural medium blonde hair really dark. So I wanted my natural blonde hair back - in fact it is even prettier and blonder now (based on the amazing video by Morroco Method Intl "how to naturally lighten hair (Damage Free)" on youtube, I did that, then also tried it with only lemon+ chamomile tea with the hairdryer, wet it, dry it, repeat :) it made it blonder (beware though - the lemon does damage the hair, but the henna repaired this afterwards in my case), then to seal this I applied the blonde henna on top. The second time I let it develop overnight (add the tea plus half a cup of milk) and applied it for 3-4h the next day. The milk is the secret in my opinion. Feel free to check for videos for milk+henna on youtube, see if oyu like it. They say its best to use coconut milk. I applied less this time, but next time I will use mostly milk and add less tea. The milk is what gives the henna hair the shine and care, and even a little feels amazing and gives great shine ;) Goodluck and have fun :) By the way, my grown-out roots looks smoothed out due to the henna blonde, it gradually flows into one colour - even after only the first application.
