Great audio and RGB, mic didn't work
The audio is amazing. I only really play offline/story first person shooters. So I didn't really have much use for the mic until I wanted to play Red Dead: Online and Team Fortress 2, which meant it was far too late to return it. I thought it was an issue with my Steam account, but after going through settings for an hour, I turned almost all the voice settings on, and tried to test the mic. Nothing. What sucks is how I don't have anything else with a working mic that has this good of audio, so it's either Dollar Tree wired earbuds, or this headset. Disappointing to find out when the headset it 5 months late to return.
