HelloYes, the wringer section is easily removed and replaced - just clips over the bucket rim.

What is the width of this bucket at the widest point? Will it fit in a cupboard with 26cm internal width?

Sorry it’s 30 cm from the handle to handle point, the actual insert to squeeze mop is wider but that can be removed and placed inside bucket . Ifs great bucket though .

What is the height of bucket?

Sorry that I've been unable to reply before now, but it is ten & a half inches from base to rim, twelve & a half inches from base to top of t mop holder.
