Works really well
I’ve only had it for a week and noticed the difference the second day I took them, I felt energized and in a better mood. It really cleans out your intestines. The bottle on here says each capsule has 10,100mcg, but the one I got says 12,000mcg. You can’t really taste the sea moss, unless you take it on an empty stomach. Haven’t had negative side effects other than mild cramps, in that case I would have to drink more water. Other than that, great product overall.

This is some good stuff here
This product is basically a super food. It contains so many different things which are all essential for the human body. It's also available for a great price. The capsules are easy to swallow. The direction say to take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day. One bottle can last you (assuming you take it everyday) 45 to 90 days. What's not to like about this?

Feel difference in energy
Been taking this Irish sea moss for about a month now and have been feeling better energy. Tranquility from the ashwagandha and better muscle recovery from the turmeric. A magic pill at a great price.

Bad Taste turns Body Healthier
With one pill a day and taken with food to hide the smell. This product is a super health adviser yet if having trouble with bad odor, swallow as quickly as possible. There are no bad effects on the stomach yet it seems you do tend to eat smaller portions. Great energy and Quality.

Love this stuff!!! There are so many brands of sea moss but I felt a difference immediately with this particular brand with tumeric!! So much energy & a huge difference in my skin!!! Do not hesitate to get this!!!!

The most complete
This is so far the best and most complete SeaMoss I’ve used and the fact that it’s already comes with my dose of turmeric as well. I love it so much!!! Every morning it’s already part of my daily routine!!! I’ll definitely be open to adding/trying some other of their products :) highly recommend

Too early
I feel t is too early to tell so maybe I can do another review later. I do think I feel better and could tell in the first couple of days. But, you always have to factor in the placebo affect.
