A boy ventures into the forest, facing fears as he encounters familiar fairy tale characters on his way to visit his sick grandmother in this strikingly illustrated tale. Review: Great Author - Sadly my son is still not reading for pleasure but reading as a chore which I find sad. However, this book he absolutely loved reading and enjoys reading again and again for pleasure. He's asked for other books by this author and at 6 it was great he could read it himself. Review: Great book - Good for children makes you think

Great Little Book
I used this for teaching Stepping Stones Discovery Level 1 and my student gained so much from it. Look for the hidden treasures in the illustrations, which are just brilliant by the way.

Another Gem
My two year old just adores Anthony Browne's books and this is a special favourite with the wonderful illustrations which are so detailed and intricate. A visual gem. The story definitely has a dark and almost scary feeling to it but he just revels in finding all the different things hidden in the forest. Each time we open the book there is another just waiting to be found. Another masterpiece and an introduction to the wonderful subtly of black and white images.

Ok
This book was recommended for Yr3 reading. It is very easy to read, not challenging, and a bit eery.

Fascinating
Bought this as, we did few lessons in school about it. The children were fascinated with the story as it was broken down into parts. They realised it worked really well with different other fairy stories. Well done to the author 👏

Exactly what was described. Got this to help my 6 year old out with school work but I know they have used it in previous years throughout schools too. It’s a lively read with children as talks all about the different fairytales.

Into the Forest by Anthony Browne
My granddaughter (age 9) loves this book. She had been reading it as school in conjunction with an art project and had to write a review - she loved the front cover (and drew the trees really well for the art part of her review!) The book lives with me but she has regular access to it!!

Livro entregue conforme anunciado. Satisfeito.
