Excellent product. The install was easy and having a lock that engages automatically gives me peace of mind. I can log fingerprints of family members who can enter by touching a convenient pad. I have access to an ongoing log detailing when people come and go. Functionality is awesome: I can set up temporary entrance codes, etc. My one concern was that the battery would drain too quickly: nope! The 4 batteries are efficient and I have a visual power amount on the app.

Clear installation instructions. This is my second LOCKLY. Works well and saves my family members from problems losing keys.

Installed this as a drop-in replacement for another keypad lock. I've done many lock installs, but still took a good couple of hours to get done. I highly recommend using the through-the-door stud bolt to secure the unit as it seems to me that it could be pried off/broken if just held on by the double-faced tape. Thankfully, with careful measuring I got the hole for the stud bolt right on the first try. In the plus column, the electronic security features are excellent with the ability to unlock by the self-scrambling keypad, a fingerprint, your phone or a key. The fingerprint seems to work first-time every time for me, but not so much for my wife. You may want to register several versions of your preferred finger for better results. Also, be aware that on doors with the lock on the left, there is not a lot of space to fit your finger between the reader and the door jamb. Finally, on the plus side is a key cylinder that is better-than-average for pick and bump resistance. In the minus column, the supplied strike plate is small and thin and supplied with only 2 1-inch screws and a plastic "dust box". Thankfully I was able to use the heavier and better secured plate from the old lock. I recommend buying a heavy duty strike plate separately if you use this lock (Lockly could also fix this without adding too much cost). The bolt itself is also a little lighter weight that I'd have expected. I had wanted to use the old bolt also, but couldn't quite get the tailpiece matched so the bolt would operate smoothly. Overall, I like the lock. It looks nice, is easy to use and provides decent security.

Been wanting this type lock for a while, when current lock stopped working, this was a good choice. Easy install & easy setup with phone app. Love the finger reader, easily add codes & random numbers access... Would buy again

Saw this lock at a friend's house. They recommended it and I purchased on their recommendation. Works great. Really like the fingerprint feature to open the door. Sometimes it takes a bit of repositioning your finger before it works, but it’s nonetheless a great product.

I initially gave this product one star due to the inability to operate the lock while away. Lockly worked, patiently, with me to resolve this issue by informing me of the hub connection. Since I didn't have a hub, they sent me a replacement and assisted me with connecting the hub to a 2G WiFi. Thanks Lockly.

I would give this 5* if they wifi connection worked. You have to purchase a hub that only connects to 2.4ghz wifi connections. My router has both 2.4 and 5 ghz connections, but it connects automatically. Since I'm not able to connect manually to a 2.4 ghz connection, I couldn't get it to work. We tried two different hubs with the same outcome. We also even contacted support and tried everything they suggested, but still couldn't connect. I even created a guest Network for it and that one did connect, but we couldn't ever use the app to connect to the door lock unless we were at home and connected to the guest Wi-Fi, and even then it struggled to connect, which defeats the purpose of having it connected to a network. Maybe this would work better if you could create a separate Network for only 2.4 GHz connections, but I'm not sure. Other than those issues, the lock seems to be really good and I like the features it does offer even though it's only connected via Bluetooth.
