Alcotec 23% Turbo Yeast

Produces a god high alcohol wash in a short time. Takes slightly more than 7 days to finally finish off, but the result once filtered through active charcoal is a good neutral spirit base. Neat, it tastes somewhat like a good quality vodka. You do need to invest in dextrose ( brewing sugar) for it to work, but well worth it.

tastes a little like nail polish if you let it brew too warm but it's still drinkable. probably not the best if you're looking for subtle tastes.

A little more sensitive than the 20% version and for what I use it for, not worth the added fiddliness and expense. However it does do exactly what it promised to do.
