These are good for my 1st aid kit that I use as a coach for volleyball and softball. They worked well enough to keep an ankle from swelling too much after it was broken in a game until we could get the player to the hospital. Had we not cooled the ankle, the shoe was going to get cut off.

I love these ice packs. I keep them in my car, purse, first aid kits, go bags, kids school bags, etc. they are small, easy to use, work well and get cold really fast, and last a decent amount of time. I can’t even tell you how many times I have needed an ice pack in a pinch and was so relieved to have these on hand. I’ve given them to people in public; like a sweet older man who slammed his hand in a car door at the store, a woman who tripped and fell on the sidewalk nearby, a child who fell off a swing, kids who get a little too hot running and playing outside in our Arizona summers, for headache relief when my neck hurts in long drives, etc. I definitely recommend!

I bought these for my husband’s knee while in training. They worked okay. They didn’t stay cold for very long but since I bought a case of them it worked for what he needed

Something to keep in your sports bag. Instantly cold, but I find it very difficult to to ”burst” the inside of the bag - had to gently put my heel on it. Won’t buy it to use after surgery, last about 15 min.

The ice packs are lightweight, cost friendly, durable and can be activated with little effort. The superior design and quality materials used in the manufacture of each ice pack assures that they are not accidentally activated. The ice packs become very cold in just seconds. Whether it be to sooth an injury or simply provide immediate relief from the heat (I like to place one on the back of my neck), they are highly effective. I give them my highest recommendation.

Let’s start with the pros: It’s portable and easy to use. It gets really cold when you break the liquid balloon inside. It stays cold for about 10 minutes before it starts to just be cool. Cons: It only stays ice cold for 10 minutes. The balloon is a bit hard to pop. I don’t really notice any smell or anything. I’m using mine for anxiety and panic attacks. It helps to hold something cold. Since I’m in AZ and heat affects my anxiety, I’m hoping these help me have some relief. As for pain relief, I don’t think it stays cold long enough to do that. Tried one on a headache, and it’s not really helping. That’s after meds and lights off. These are just okay, but not worth it in my opinion. The price is high for no relief.

These are perfect for my kids sports bags. I keep 2-3 in each bag and they have definitely come in handy!

Easy to use can be taking on any trip and used anywhere… last at least 20 minutes which is adequate for the length of time to use one

Fantastic product!! I hurt my ankle playing rugby so needed an ice pack to help with pain and healing. I read the reviews and, although there are a few bad ones I went with it simply because most of the bad reviews mentioned things like "wouldn't freeze" "exploded in freezer" when the instructions CLEARLY say "NO FREEZER REQUIRED"!!! These couldn't be any easier to use! Simply squeeze gently until you hear a pop then shake vigorously to mix contents and, hey presto, you have a nice cold ice pack!! Been sat here for over 15 minutes already with a pack held in place on my ankle via an elasticated bandage and it's still ice cold. Will definitely buy again once I've used them all.
