A: No instructions with product so unable to establish it a subscription was required

A: no app available.   Don’t buy this it’s old tech and won’t work.   i’m surprised Amazon allow this to be sold still.  buy something better that works

A: it’s rubbish don’t buy

**Q: How do you link tracker with phone**
A: Hi there I can't remember off hand but a full video is available on YouTube but I found the tracker was rubbish so I purchased a streetwize tracker and its 💯 better and very easy to set up but on your tracker you need a sim card with credit on and then I followed the YouTube instructions.

I purchased an additional sim card for this, I would have paid more if supplied with it. Don't know how to work it or the numbers needed to dial to connect. Instructions very poor and unable to use. I like the idea of the product to keep my kids safe but it's pointless if I can't use it. Maybe try selling it with a sim card and proper Instructions of number's to dial to Connect ,track and trace

I should have read the reviews before buying, returning it now. Instructions are poor but I did work out what to do. It just plain and simple DOES NOT WORK. I can call the unit and hear what is going on but text messages are not being delivered to get the resulting tracking info.
