Good cheap phone, no complaints.
Works as intended. No problems.

Poor quality control
Phone was sent without being properly reprogramed and came stuck in "work organization" mode. Seller's customer service wanted the phone sent back to be reprogrammed again and requiring even more time without the phone that was expected to be ready to go, out of the box. Do not expect simple standerds promised in description.

it's a phone
The phone, overall, tends to go off on its own too much. Sometimes an ad comes on uninvited or I touch the screen wrong and things change. Sometimes, if my finger isn't the right temperature or something, I can't get the phone to do anything. It's okay but not great.

Mine was recalled for battery issues
Nice phone but many recalled for battery issues- offered me a small compensation, but does not cover the cost to replace the battery.

Selling junk
Battery was bad on delivery. Had to have new battery installed. Was a gift for my 80 year old mother so I just installed the battery. Apparently this seller doesnt test before they resell the junk. Tired of getting scammed by these kind of sellers. Don't wast your time
