Been using the NEEDONE 16L humidor for a small cigar collection and it’s been working well. The temperature control is easy to set, and having both heating and cooling helps keep things stable year-round instead of relying on room temp. The Spanish cedar shelves are a nice touch and the digital display makes it easy to check conditions without opening the door. It’s also pretty quiet and fits well on a desk or shelf. You’ll still need humidity packs to keep levels dialed in, and the actual capacity depends on cigar size. Overall, it’s a great option if you want a simple, temperature-controlled upgrade from a basic humidor.

I like this humidor and it works great once you get the humidity dialed in. Having said that it doesn't come with any instructions on how to setup the humidity so you have to figure it out on your own thank God for chatgtp. It took 2 weeks to season the humidor and another 2 weeks to get the humidity dialed in. It also says it will hold up to 100 cigars I'm around 60 and it's full. But for the price and a little work it's a good humidor

UPDATE 2: Support messaged me back and offered to send me a replacement humidor. It arrived yesterday and I’ve just got it set up. I have to say, I’m very pleased with the solution they offered and relieved with the outcome. $220 is a lot of money to just throw away and I’m happy that this company stood behind their product. UPDATE: I've been messaging back and forth with the "support" for this humidor. It seemed promising at first - they were claiming they would be happy to provide a resolution to my issue. We went a week or more messaging back and forth - they were requesting videos, pictures, etc. After sending them pictures that were requested - they determined that the temperature sensor is broken. They offered a $30 refund on a $220 purchase and also told me I could buy a new temperature sensor that may or may not fix the problem. Unacceptable "resolution". I am very very very disappointed and frustrated with this whole mess and would steer anyone away from buying this piece of junk. I purchased this humidor for my husband for Christmas in December 2022. It's worked great until about 4 days ago when it quit it's not longer heating the inside of the humidor. The digital display is set at 72 but the temperate reads anywhere from 87-92. When you open the door it's VERY cold in there. I contacted Needone support and asked for help in troubleshooting but they have been unresponsive. Very disappointed in this purchase, as I paid over $200 for it just 8 months ago and it's all but useless. We had to purchase a few smaller humidors to move all of my husband's cigars to because we didn't want to risk losing what was in the Needone humidor. Obviously, I'm far outside the return window and will just have to chalk this up to a poor product and a loss of money.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the 1st unit, returned it and had a replacement in 3 days. The new unit works great.

Several reviews mentioned this unit taking several days and up to a week or more to achieve at least 70% relative humidity (RH) level. However, my new unit shot up to 84% RH in less than 48 hours using distilled water in the provided tray. Temp level was set to 64ºF. I plan to open the door for however long it takes to get the RH to the right level. It remains to be seen how the unit holds this RH level once cigars are loaded. I will probably switch to Boveda packs to maintain RH after this initial seasoning to preserve space on the two shelves. (Note: photo shows temp and RH at initial install) Speaking of the shelves, the lower tray arrived with one of the cross slats detached. I pressed the staples back in place and will hit it with some hot glue for a more permanent fix. As mention in other reviews, the top shelf has no lip to keep cigars from rolling off. I will get a simple plastic tray and drill holes in it to maintain circulation and keep things tidy. So far very pleased with the construction, whisper quiet operation, and very secure seal around the door. At this price point this is an excellent pickup for anyone with a small collection of cigars. I will update my rating once it has been in service for a bit longer.
