i am zone 7b and sowed seeds almost 2 weeks now. No sign of sprouts. Is it not the right time to plant?

Make sure you put down topsoil over your seat and plant your seed in A layer of topsoil and it will grow miracle grow topsoil is the best.

is this temporary grass that they sell at home depot or is it real and durable grass?? live in south Florida, will it die after a couple of months?

90% of the grass seeds germinated and have lasted 6 months in Houston.

is it pure 100%? no weed seeds?

I had no weeds when I planted this seed. I am very impressed as I had never been able to get grass to thrive on this shaded side yard before.

You may have over watered it, or over fertilized it? Should only water plants and trees 2x a day every other day, if roots stay wet they rot and die. Good luck.
