I have zero tingling (Paraesthesia) when taking this and I take the full dose all at once (3 pills). I use to get it all the time with beta alanine, even when splitting doses. I was thinking about buying a product with the new sustained release formula (SR CarnoSyn) but this has the regular CarnoSyn and I have no discomfort while taking this. If you’re deciding between a CarnoSyn or SR CarnoSyn I would choose this and save the money, it works great. Also, the container looks nice, tightens well and no issues with pill quality, they are all neatly packed, no loose powder inside.

I wanted to try this liposomal Beta-Alanine carnosyn product from Codeage, because I work out frequently and I’m always looking for products that support performance and endurance. Each bottle contains 180 capsules. You take 3 capsules per day, making it a 60 day supply per bottle. The liposomal delivery system is a big plus for me as it is a premium delivery system with better bioavailability. I also find capsules to be premium to tablets and easier to swallow. I have taken the product for a few weeks and I definitely feel it’s helping me with overall performance and endurance as I find myself at the gym a little longer, trying to push my limits a little more for each time. Although, I followed the directions EXACTLY on taking them and I feel no different after 2 weeks of use. I’m not sure if it’s a me thing or if these just aren’t strong enough. I definitely wouldn’t compare it to “Pre work-out”

You won’t believe until you try it. I was a sceptic but results are so significant that I can’t deny it. 1st day I took those just randomly. 2nd day I took them prior run, probably about 30 min. And first time in my life I run 8 miles! First time EVER. I usually can’t do more than 6 because my legs give up, and I can’t breathe anymore. I tried a few more times and was even explaining it to myself that I slept more that’s why or because I had a different breakfast. But nope, no matter what I do if I take those my performance is better. Is this even legal? Lol :p I googled if there is any side effects besides tingling, as I do get those, and didn’t find any. Heart is a muscle too and from my understanding it should strengthen the heart as well. What a wonderful addition to my routine. Give it a try if you are an active person too! Pills could be a little smaller to swallow but I split them into half a cup of water and just jug it down. I hope that helps!

I got this supplement to help me through my workouts, I've just been feeling like I can't finish my exercise routine lately. When taking this supplement, I feel it makes me, hard to describe, but, twitchy. Like I have to move. Which I guess is serving it's purpose. I don't know if I like it or not, it kind of feels almost like being restless when you are trying to go to sleep at night. I haven't found anything really negative about it. As long as my twitchiness doesn't become too annoying, I think it is more help than hinderence. Made in the USA, yay!

First time trying Beta-Alanine so waited on review until had a chance for a few solid cycles. I am still very much trying to figure out how to incorporate this in to my regiment and initially probably have not been as consistent taking it as needed to get the results but will say even with select workouts, mainly cycling, I absolutely have noticed improvements in performance on the early parts of longer rides 45min+ Peloton, longer outdoors but the tope end hour or more the bounce seems the same. Again this could be I misaligned expectations and/or how I am supplementing with it... Also noticed a short period of "body warming" after taking it on a consistent basis. Not always the same or immediate intervals but a short period of warming or flushing. Sort of similar to Niacin effect for those that have had that happen. In the end I am a simple nutrition hack, trying to hack life so lots of figure out but the early indications especially on the front end of longer workouts is promising and the fact this is a 2 month supplement gives one time to work it in and figure it out... Worth a shot but expect some dialing in to get it right. I will call this advanced level supplement worth it for those looking to peak and get and edge

I got this because I've had Carnosyn in C4 products. This seemed to work well, but the serving size is 3 pills at a time. The bottle is pretty big though, so it should last a few months. Overall, I'd say this is a good product to take early in the morning or prior to working out.
