Excellent book arrived in perfect condition fast

I absolutely love this as I have a love for the anime Black Butler, this is just the thing for me and I want to see how the manga differs from the anime.

I bought this as a gift for my sister, but I will probably buy another for myself at some point! Beautiful artwork, and great story, exactly as I would expect from Yana Toboso. Even better than the anime. Brand new book, arrived without delay and my sister is very happy. Thank you!

So, investigating Jack the Ripper, eh? This certainly escalated from some mafia thugs. Seeing Ciel's role as the Queen's Watchdog first-hand sure is something. I really like how even the comedy plays into the darkness here. I can't think of many series where a humorous crossdressing scene escalated into a serious situation involving a character being auctioned off to some perverts. A murder mystery involving a demon is definitely something I enjoy reading.

I bought the first volume a few years ago and decided to try and amp up the collection. The book came in perfect condition, packaging was very reliable. Dispatch was quick, delivery was standard, but price was brilliant. I love the series and this buy reassured that fact. I can't get enough of these books and they keep getting better with every volume. A definite buy for any Black Butler fanatic.

I really liked volume 2. It is nice to see a little more of Sebastian's evil side peaking out with every new volume. I didn't think I would like this series when my daughter insisted I try it, but it has become one of my favorites. The weird relationship between Ciel, the young master, and Sebastian, his devil bound manservant is interesting in itself. The bumbling house staff and interesting touches of victorian England flesh out the stories nicely. Ciel is in service to the Queen and has to track down the infamous Jack the Ripper. This is the first part to that story, which also introduces some interesting new characters (love the creepy undertaker!). As usual the artwork is really beautiful, though I sometimes wish she wouldn't use such small print for her side notes. Overall, you won't be disappointed in this one.

The books edges are torn (you can see it in the pictures). This is also what I look at first when ordering mangas because this seems to be a common problem. I am honestly not pleased with this. If I bought this psychically in a bookstore I would not have choosen this copy of the book....
