I've had the case less than five minutes and it's already fallen apart.The product is actually THREE pieces:— the case— a cheap band or "belt" that goes around the sides of the case on the iPhone— a wee piece with a pair of buttons that poke out of the side of the case: these press against the phone's volume buttonsWhen I started to put the case on the phone, the case and the band separated. I got them back together and managed to get the case on — but I didn't realize at first that the tiny button piece had fallen out on my kitchen table. Once I found it, I can't figure out how to get it back in and keep it there. What a sad design! (IN THE PHOTO I HAVE CIRCLED THE LITTLE BUTTON PIECE THAT FELL OUT.)And just as bad if not worse, the case itself is disappointing. From the picture and some of the descriptions, I was hoping for something pretty grippy. I want a case first of all to help me NOT drop my phone, and second to protect the phone if I DO drop it (and only third to look good). But do not be misled by the photos of this product: the cross-hatch pattern on the back of the case LOOKS like it would be grippy but in fact it's slick. Those "grooves" are so shallow that they're almost like lines drawn on the case. It is in fact MUCH slicker and slipperier than the clear, smooth Spigen case I was trying to replace.True it's cheap. But although it will waste my time to do so, I will be returning it on principle. I think too many of these vendors sell junk and expect people to keep it because it's too much trouble to return. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Nice look with tactile buttons *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2018* The case is great and feels nice in the hand. The buttons are nice and clicky which is a must for me. It's a little thicker than I wanted but it's not bulky. The sides of the case aren't super stiff which makes putting the phone in the case easy but you can move them when the phone is in it. Overall I like the case it just has a few things that should be improved, make it slimmer or at least have a slimmer version and make the plastic bumper more rigid.
