Brilliant price for post surgery medication, cheaper than a prescription. Does what they advertise. A must for the handbag. Good pain relief, small and easy to swallow and with a sweet taste. Great for smoothing the muscles

Good for cramps, unsure for bloating!
I tried this mainly for bloating and general stomach discomfort. It does seem to help a bit with cramps, but I’m not completely sure it made much difference to the bloating. It may work better depending on what symptoms you have. Easy to take and worth trying, but results were mixed for me.

They work for early pain with Diverticular symptoms. But always get an antibiotic if you have Diverticular Disease.
