Quick and efficient response
Unfortunately the wrong colour day was dispatched which could have resulted in me dying my hair the wrong colour! However I spotted the mistake thankfully and the company very quickly resolved the problem by sending out a replacement within 24 hours and a polite apology which was appreciated!

Die beste Tönung- nur der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Scheinbar wird diese Farbe nicht mehr produziert. Schade. Sollte wieder ins Programm genommen werden.

Buscaba un reflejo violáceo sutil sobre una base castaña y este tinte lo ha conseguido perfectamente. El color queda profundo, brillante y con un matiz frío precioso, ideal si quieres neutralizar tonos cálidos no deseados. ✅ Puntos a favor: Cobertura uniforme sin amoníaco, ideal si tienes el cuero cabelludo sensible. El acabado es súper brillante y natural, con reflejos visibles a la luz pero sin exagerar. Textura cremosa fácil de aplicar, no gotea y se mezcla muy bien con la crema reveladora. Ideal para refrescar el color o matizar medios y puntas si ya tienes una base teñida. 💡 Consejo: Lo mezclé con oxidante de 9 volúmenes, dejé actuar 20 minutos y el resultado fue suave pero muy visible. Si tienes el cabello poroso o aclarado, el reflejo violeta se nota aún más.
