As specified, works with Nikon D3100 camera. On my iPhone 17 Pro the "Files" app doesn't see the camera even though Apple says it is a supported device. However, pictures can be accessed and transferred with "Photos" app. (Be careful buying cables for old Nikon DSLRs - some use non-standard cables.) FWIW, using the 3.3 ft cable. Also works with my Mac mini using Nikon Transfer 2 software. Oh, and the cable is very nice. Not as good as a $30 Anker, but still very, very nice for the money.

Great value, I probably should've gotten the cable a bit longer but it works for what I used it for. Used in Minidisc music recording and it worked well and better than the previous cable I had. Fit's snuggly so it'll definitely be hard to accidentally unplug it, I've been using it for a few months heavily and material wise it's yet to fray or crack so i'd say it's definitely well-built.
