I am quite fussy when it comes to containers; I wouldn't go as far as to say that I was a tupperware snob, but I do know my 'Glad' from my 'Ziplock'. Experience over the years (I take my own lunch to work every day), has resulted in countless containers being tossed in the trash and sadly many of my personal belongings being stained with salad dressing and soy sauce. Unfortunately promises of 'leak-proof', 'shatter-proof, 'easy to use', 'easy to clean' are not being kept. I am however, happy to report that the Lock & Lock DOES keep the promises it makes. I tested it, the very next day after it arrive! I used it to transport my soup to work: this meant it was placed in my bag, which was then flung over my shoulder, jiggled along a busy London tube, and then bumped and nudged as I walked the streets on my way to my office. The soup made it, and my bag and personal belongings made it too! Not one spill, or leak, the container and its contents remained safely shut. To say I was pleased would be an understatement, and I can't recommend this container highly enough. Perhaps it's the design that makes it 'leak-proof', because it's a twist top! Gone are my days of clip-top containers, they simply don't hold liquids very well (even with their so-called 'magic' suction power!) The twist lid of the Lock & Lock means its contents remain inside the container and they stay fresh! I have used it in a microwave to warm up my food: passed the test. I have used it to freeze food and liquids: passed the test. I have cleaned it in my dishwasher: passed the test. Although I do recommend giving it a rinse in some warm soapy water before putting it in the dishwasher, as caked-up, dried food is not always a match for a dishwasher. One last added bonus is the capacity measurements; I don't use them myself, but I can imagine it would be really useful for someone on a portion controlled diet - as you can measure exactly how much you're putting into the container. Great container, does the job, highly recommend!

I buy spices in large bags, rather than the silly jars you get in supermarkets. This size is ideal for decanting them into and has a tight-fitting lid.

Perfect size for what I needed

Very happy with this product. I put leftover yoghurt and similar food in it. The lid is very secure, no leaks (I tested it with water).

Good tub, used for making over night oats. However the blue rubber seal can move, causing the tub to loose it's seal and it turn causing milk to go everywhere when you shake the tub to mix the oats.... Also getting the blue rubber back in place is very tricky. That being said when it's in place the tub works very well.

Ich habe mir diesen runden Kunststoffbehälter gekauft, weil ich etwas gesucht habe, das praktisch, robust und langlebig ist – und genau das erfüllt er für mich. Schon beim Auspacken hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Material sehr stabil ist. Der Kunststoff ist dickwandig und fühlt sich hochwertig an, sodass man keine Sorge haben muss, dass der Behälter schnell bricht oder Risse bekommt. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass der Behälter durchsichtig ist. Ich nutze ihn sowohl in der Küche als auch zum Verstauen kleiner Dinge im Haushalt, und es ist unglaublich praktisch, sofort zu sehen, was drin ist, ohne jedes Mal den Deckel abnehmen zu müssen. Apropos Deckel: Der sitzt richtig fest und schließt absolut zuverlässig. Gerade für Lebensmittel finde ich das wichtig, weil nichts ausläuft und alles länger frisch bleibt. Auch nach mehrmaligem Öffnen und Schließen ist die Passform unverändert gut – nichts leiert aus oder wirkt locker. Insgesamt habe ich hier ein Produkt gefunden, das mich im Alltag wirklich unterstützt. Es kombiniert Stabilität mit praktischer Handhabung und durchdachtem Design. Für alle, die Wert auf Ordnung und sichere Aufbewahrung legen, ist dieser Behälter auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung von mir. Fazit: Ein stabiler, transparenter und zuverlässiger Behälter, der in Küche und Haushalt gleichermaßen überzeugt.

Excellent product, exactly as shown in images. I use them as masala boxes. Twist or spiral cap opening boxes are best for masala purposes, as there are lot less changes of spilling masala as compared to pop open type boxes. However, I do not think they're 100% airtight, as I also bought 640ml version for cashews which got soft due to air, even in Dec-Jan month.
