This colace 2 in 1 has helped me with two post op abdomen procedure. If you ever had surgery at your stomach, you know how badly it hurts to use the bathroom. This laxative made it so easy to use the bathroom without discomfort.

You WILL p**p!
I am on GLP-1 and it can really bind you. So after several days of no-go, I settled for this. I only took one and you're supposed to take two. And it didn't work. (If you're concerned, I did eventually go on my own!) Anywho, a week later I tried again with two pills in the evening. The next day it was sort of like colonoscopy prep! I guess there's no happy medium with this stuff. It was a good thing I was working from home. I'm pretty much cleaned out now. I wish I could find something that was a little less dramatic. Sorry for the TMI But this is a product to help you poop!

My nutritionist suggested I start off with one pill and two pills, but I have the duodenal switch weight loss surgery and since I’m out of my element when I’m staying in hotels, I have trouble pooping and I found even taking two pills the night before the trip wasn’t really helping anything and so I did feel less physical discomfort of being constipated, but I’m guessing I have to take three pills but I don’t want any disasters because I can’t control the disasters and we can’t always stop the van to let me off immediately so I don’t know if I’m not taking enough for the product or what so I’ll need to contact the nutritionist to change the rating Before I go on another trip.
