I usually buy vegan protein powders, but I was looks for a powder a high protein mass gainer and the supplement facts contained everything I needed. If you’re looking to increase mass or add this to your smoothie as a meal replacement, give it try. This contains several vitamins from A to K, including selenium, zinc, calcium, potassium creatinine to name a few. I add this to my smoothie everyday and fulls me up, since I started taking this, my cravings have reduced, and I am able to stick to my measured weekly meals and don’t feel like I am missing something. It blend so well in my smoothie and, I was first reluctant about this flavor, was thinking I was going to be strong taste, but that’s not the case. It’s flavorful and it has enhanced my workout recovery time. I am getting more toned, and building muscle, specially on my glutes. I love powder so much that I have a lot to say, oh the price is so reasonable and it comes in a big bag, this is my second time buying this and I usually use it up to 2 months. I have not noticed a side effect.

Better with milk than water. It's delicious, but maybe too sweet. I usually put more milk than indicated. I also recommend not taking the daily portion at once; it can be too much. I prefer to split it between morning and evening. I could gain mass by adding easy-to-eat calories and proteins.
