Life saver. Literally
Great bit of kit. Easy to use and helped me safely diagnose & replace a faulty exterior security light. I never attempt any electrical work without using this to test the environment first.

It's a handy tool and money saver .
The instructions for putting in the battery was a bit sketchy to say the least , I thought the first one was flawed and returned it for a replacement to find the same problem,but this time I got the battery set up on YOU TUBE which gave better details than the instruction leaflet, but now pleased with the product.

Unusable product.
Can't open the battery door to insert batteries! Other reviews of this product report the exact same problem. Process for inserting batteries should be simple. Instructions state "Turn the battery door until the dots align. Pull out the battery door". The battery door turns, however doesn't pull out when the dots are aligned. Have spent more than 30 minutes trying to open the battery door, so am certain there is an issue with the battery door. Other than the non functioning battery door, the tester appears to be of a reasonable quality, however the tester is completely useless if you can't insert the batteries.
