I thought it was made in the USA. I even looked up the company, Mecity. They must do some business in the United States, but the box and product both said Made in China! Nice look! Got black. Last coffee pot was also a single serve, but did not have a reservoir. Like this feature. Does not tell you when you are running low on water. Will literally give you half a cup. Will flash and make noise if you try to make a cup on an empty reservoir, though! Brews very quick. About one minute. About half the time as the last pot. Very clean. Does not splash out of the cup.. or drip after beeping sound that it is done!! Nice and hot! 3 sizes! You get used to which to use!! My husband and I use different sizes! Does Keurig and grounds and has an extra ‘grounds’ basket! I think it was supposed to be one for coffee and one for tea, but they both say tea. No big deal. (We use another pot for tea!) There is no line on basket for maximum amount of grounds. I have made 2 cups using one basket and it was fine. Auto shut off! Nice pot for the money! Hope it lasts! Have had about 2 weeks. Very satisfied so far!!

I used it a month now and totally love this. It's way better than the big name brand as far as the flavor from pods because it heats up the water better, which gives more flavor. Today I finally tried real coffee, putting in 3 level spoons and using the largest cup size. Very good flavor and it was easy. They sent the measure spoon with my pot. It does shut itself off, but takes a few minutes to do that. Easy to refill the reservoir. It does drip a bit after I remove the cup. I hope it lasts a long time, but for the first time every I bought the Amazon insurance for 3 years, just in case...

This is the best little coffee maker I’ve ever owned and brews the freshest hot brew extremely fast. I make my own blend of fresh grind and spices with the refillable pods provided.A quick pod prep the night before. Never disappointed! Performs way better than my previous Nespressos, Keurigs & misc. other eventual fails. Compact/space saving. Have not needed a de-scaling so far with using filtered water. Had it over a year now and, truly, the cost of this machine pays for itself in a WEEK! vs.5 mornings of Starbucks. So, basically saves $1700 per year plus whatever fuel is wasted in drive-thru lines, minus the cost of my espresso beans. Just an excellent little machine.

la cafetera en diseño es hermosa y perfecta! pero no funciona bien en el llenado 3 de taza de 10 oz no se completa el llenado y eso causa la perdida de las k-cup que compre! estoy en el proceso de devolverlo por otra nueva o mi dinero! si la otra me llega funcionando correctamente es muy buena! de tener el mismo resultado pues lastima de diseño!
