Philips Avent Natural Response Baby Bottle - 2X 125ml Baby Milk Bottle with AirFree Vent, BPA Free for Newborn Babies Aged 0 Months+ (Model SCY670/02)

My premature daughter was using Mam bottles for 2 months as recommended by the hospital. She was very gassy, kept straining all night, spitting/vomiting even after holding her up for 30mins. I looked into another brand bottle & gave Philips a go. 2 weeks & what a game changer! Sleeps are much better, no vomiting & spit ups & much less gassy & she seems to be wanting more milk. I ordered more Philips Avent bottles, replacing all her Mam bottles. In the first use I can see how good the quality is & value for money. The bubbles are trapped in the bottle where else the Mam just cleared everything into the baby & the teats had such a fast flow even on the smallest size teat. The Philips teat are amazing as the milk only drips when baby sucks. I would highly recommend & the design is also cute. What a difference its made. So happy with these purchases 😊

I have 3 boys and the eldest two wouldn’t touch a bottle as newborns - the first started on avent bottles then started to refuse and then at 8 months I had to order special bottles from America that they no longer make - the second one never even drank from a bottle a day in his life and my 3rd baby was showing the same signs. I tried this bottle at 1 month and he point blank refused. Out of sheer desperation after him being away from me for over 6 hours and starving himself I tried again at 3 months and he took it! He’s now drinking regularly from it with no problem. Quick and easy to assemble and cute in design. Whatever the secret is Avent have it and it really has made life so much easier. My only con is the jump from 4oz to 9oz in bottle size as he drinks breastmilk so doesn’t need as much as formula and would just personally prefer a 6oz then 9oz but that’s a personal thing I have and nothing to take away from how great the bottle is!

The best bottles. It is a pity that there is no size between 125 ml and 260 ml, 125 is not enough for us, and 260 is too much, and the rest of the bottles are wonderful, the child does not choke, the air gets in a minimum amount compared to other bottles. Very satisfied.

I’ve been using the Philips Avent Natural Response 125ml bottles for a little while now and overall they’ve been a really solid choice for a newborn. The design feels well thought out, especially if you’re mixing breast and bottle feeding. The standout feature is the teat—it only releases milk when the baby actively drinks, which is meant to mimic breastfeeding and support a natural feeding rhythm. It definitely seems to help with paced feeding and reduces spills when they pause. The AirFree vent is another big plus. It’s designed to reduce air intake during feeds, which can help with colic, gas, and reflux, and I’ve noticed fewer issues with wind compared to some other bottles. Build quality is great as you’d expect from Philips Avent—BPA-free materials and a nice sturdy feel. They’re also easy to clean thanks to the wide neck and simple parts, which makes a big difference during night feeds. That said, they’re not perfect. The flow can feel quite slow at first, especially for some babies, and it might take a bit of trial and error to find the right teat size. Some feeds can take longer until your baby gets used to it. Overall, a great bottle for newborns—especially if you want something that supports a more natural feeding style—but be prepared for a short adjustment period. Solid 4 stars.

Wow, we cannot recommend these enough! These bottles are the absolute bee's knees. We have been using Tommee Tippee bottles from the start with our newborn, always leaking, always milk all over her face, always a struggle for her... We switched to these and we could see and feel the difference from the first feed. These are made from much more robust plastic, do not leak and have a mechanism to pace your baby and not drown it with milk like other bottles do... Dare I say, it seems she even burps easier now. GET THESE for your baby!!

Good but very expensive

Impossible for a newborn to get any milk flow out of these. After 1 hour under half an ounce was consumed and my baby was left frustrated, exhausted and a sore top lip. I even tried the next size up test (3) and still no luck either drawing milk from the teat. Wasted money

Fungerar perfekt. Lätt att använda. Lätt att rengöra då de klarar diskmaskin. Bra med luftstoppet för att minska luft till magen. Enda nackdelen att luftstoppet är lite svårt att få lös ibland. Annars toppenbra.

I tried other brands, this one is good, you cant spill milk from it, baby needs a little force to pull out milk which is good because baby will not get away from future breastfeeding.
