Zenith X2 Air Helmet

Per my husband, this is the best hard hat he has used of this style. he's used a couple other brands and It's extremely durable. His Milwaukee hardhat actually cracked, without ever taking any damage. The ventilation is really good, functionality and adaptability for the parts they make to add to it are top notch. And it's extremely comfortable, which cannot be said for other brands. He'd definitely give it a 5 star and recommend. The cost is very good.

Man, I like kask, I bought my own hard hat when I'm the union they're free, but look how crappy this pre applied sticker came, absolutely unacceptable, I deserve a refund, this is a lot of money for a plastic hat to have 5 year old craftsmanship.

The inner foam insert is made in two parts that interlock. Any minor movement shifts the foam a little, and it squeaks loudly as it scrapes against itself. It kind of reminds me of the classic bit of old bed springs. If you get irritated by annoying noises, this will drive you insane. I also felt that the chin strap clip was a little difficult to connect, and it doesn't line up very easily, especially if you can't see it. Something about the way the straps lay twists the female side of the buckle and it doesn't align easily. It's like you're constantly fighting it. I just noticed it takes considerably more effort compared to other helmets I've worn.

I love everything about this until I start sweating. The sweat band holds sweat so after sweating and putting back on cold nasty sweat runs out on your head. Would be awesome in the colder months but not for summer.
