I have been very pleased at how much improvement I have noticed in my daughter handwriting over the past few months. The book has great cues on how to write letters and number. I bought the teachers guide and I honestly never use it. I feel like the cues in this book are enough, the teachers guide (for homeschoolers) isn't necessary. I can see it being helpful for classroom teaching. I love how it also goes over writing sentences, punctuation, poems, paragraphs, etc. Very happy with switching over to this program.

We love these books. The directions are clear, helpful and intentional. My kids ask to practice their writing now. The lessons are simple and enjoyable. Price is great.

Loved using this for Pre K! I didn’t get the teacher guide but it was still easy to use and show how to write the letters. Handwriting is definitely my child’s least favorite subject, but she’s been able to use these pages easily. Her handwriting has greatly improved from where it was! There’s a lot of room for practice, tracing and then writing on their own. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to teach handwriting!

The perfect book to help my kindergartner with her letter formation. She came home from school not writing her letters correctly and wasn’t getting much instruction in school. This is the perfect at home resource. Very user friendly.

Tried and true handwriting book. There are guides to help the child write the letters correctly. I have used the 2nd and first grade books and have seen improvements in students handwriting. Keep the structure of the lessons and continue reinforcing the correct pencil grip and letter formation. One benefit for little writers is seeing the correct letter as they are practicing, vs seeing the letter once and having to copy it. There's a great explanation for this. I would also recommend getting the Teacher's edition.

The quality of these workbooks is so great, and I'm happy to see them back on Amazon. Parents should keep in mind that they will need to guide the child, or have teacher guidance on correct letter formation. It's not something just to hand over to the child and let them trace and do letters alone. It's a great program overall!

This series is the best handwriting curriculum hands down. I've tried several others but we always come back to handwriting without tears for our homeschool.
