I eat these for health reasons, 8-12 a day, sometimes sixteen. They helped with my symptoms within a couple of weeks. Some of the kernels don't have much flavor, some taste bitter, and some have a lovely amaretto aftertast. I find it a nice mix!

All I can say is that these are extraordinarily bitter, indeed!

They taste naturally . I was used picking the apricot from the tree to cracking the seed and eating the inside . These seed taste just like the real deal maybe a bit even more bitter. Good quality

So I bought a bag after reading reviews. I started with one kernel a day and will work up to 3. I do have some kernels that are bitter and taste like cherries, Others taste exactly like almonds. After researching, the almonds tasting kernels are sweet apricot seeds, not bitter, so there is a mix in the bag. The sweet kernels have low amygdalin. Bitter kernels have high amygdalin. When you chew or digest them, amygdalin is what is breaking down into hydrogen cyanide. So keep this in mind if being used for C prevention.

The apricot kernel taste like a tannin laden almond very much the same texture. The bitterness is not face scrunching but is more tongue drying.

I’m not sure if these are what they say they are. As described they are not bitter. They look and taste like small almonds. I could swear I bought a bag of almonds. I’ll try another brand and come back for an update.

I can't say I have any experience with these as it's my first time purchasing them ever from anyone. But came on time, fresh and they aren't all that bitter to me.
