Order more than one, you will love it! I use this dry powder to keep vanilla flavor in baking that is moisture sensitive. For example. Pie crust, whip cream, egg white merengue, icing and lots of other baking projects. Add vanilla flavor without changing the color or texture of what I am making. sprinkle with sugar to make easy vanilla sugar, or a little in your coffee is sublime! No bitterness and no alcohol to mess with delicate cooking chemistry. I used up the bottle in 2 months with moderate use. Use the same amount that you would of liquid vanilla extract.

We've tried a lot of different Vanilla Powders and ground vanilla beans and think this is the best. The negative reviews say "It has Dextrose". That's typical and is better than sugar. And there are different kinds of Dextrose. My wife has a lot of allergies and has to be careful. She can't eat rice. And a lot of the other Vanilla Powders have an odd taste. For example - we tried Watkins and didn't like it. This one smells good, tastes good, dissolves, and easily pours out of the bottle, which is a type of "shaker" (holes in the top). We put it in tea. The bottles used to occasionally come with Vanilla Powder on the outside, like they had been spilled or opened, but not any more. I'm writing this because I hope they stay in business because I don't want the hassle of finding another brand that we like. This has a great Vanila taste so whether I'm making cookies, hot chocolate or pancakes when included it brightens up any recipe
