how do you make scramble eggs with this product?

Whisk together 1/2 c powder, 1 c water & 2.5 t oil. Spray nonstick skillet w oil. Heat pan over med heat. Pour in "egg" mixture. As "eggs" begin to set, use a spatula to gently pull the mixture across the pan. Lift and fold until thickened and no liquid remains. Be gentle and do not stir! You can leave it in one piece as an omelette and fold over toppings or break it up for a scrambled version. I have also had success with adding sauted veggies etc while the "egg" is cooking. It takes a bit of experimenting and patience to get it right so I don't suggest trying to feed a crowd on the first try. Enjoy!

No, it does not require refrigeration after opening. I keep mine in my pantry cabinet & it does not spoil.
