I installed one after converting to pertronix electronic ignition on my 62 Thunderbird and later added the coil. Each step made a noticeable difference in pickup. **Q: What flame thrower would I need for a 732 bobcat with a 1.6L engine with one of your electronic ignition in it? Quick delivery from the US. Found the instruction easy to follow, disconnected existing ballest resister and through crimped the cables together. Removed old coil and cables, reconnected to new coil and started the engine. Fired up first time and ticked over smothly, went for test drive all good. I have only owned the the car for 4 months and this new coil has transformed the V8 engine. I am very pleased and the car now performs as it was intended.
