Draws less power from the powerhead
Genuine stihl 12-Inch/30cm 3/8 pitch 44 drive link 1.1mm drive link thickness/groove width(mm) This product is designed for the new wave of cordless Lithium Polymer Powered chainsaws designed because of the narrow KERF or bar groove they supposedly draw less power from the powerhead meaning more run time cutting less charging up time can be used on petrol ones as well may save a little fuel consumption

Disappointed
Don't think these are original sthill easily overheat and paint flakes off revealing bare metal the one I got with the chainsaw lasted a long time

Wasn't flat
Laid bar on sheet of glass, tapped it all over with my fingers, it sounded tight and dull as it should Turned it over did the same thing, it rattled, looking closely you could see the bar was a little bit off straight, true and flat. Don't want to cut bananas which is what that would do. Disappointed as supposed to be genuine Stihl.
