**Q: Hi, I have this lock but the key is not turning, what shall I do?**
A: The key only fits in one way so turn it around if it won’t go in .
To open lock turn the key to 3 o/clock and pull leaver up.
To close key must at 3 o/clock to push leaver in then turn key to 12 o/clock to lock and remove key.

**Q: Can I buy 4 locks all with the same key please**
A: No, the lock and 5 keys are a set, they are in the same package

**Q: Do both locks come with the same key?**
A: I believe it’s only one. I received one.

**Q: What is the diameter of shackle?**
A: The locking bar is approximately 10mm and the distance between the shoulders is between 40mm and 50mm

Really good value and great to secure my container . Plenty of keys and good quality .

This is a rock solid piece but be careful not to lose the keys though as that may create a great deal of difficulty removing the padlock. I have used it for a few months and have a few issues - it is not rustfree as it says and this may create some problems with long-term use. -The size is good but panel appears big and does not fit all padlock holes. Having said that it is a good enough piece and have gone back for more as they will serve my purpose.
