Great for oil painting
I love painting with this turpentine and oil. It is very smooth but needs to be used with good ventilation for your health.

Worth it!
I can't imagination life without this now. While some people use this for their oil paintings, I use this on my color pencils to give it a more watercolor painted look. I find it really allows the pigment to soaked in the pages. ~~~~~~Some notes from what I have observed ~~~~~ If you would like your color to spread around more like an oil pastel, use soft color pencil. Hard color pencil does blend into the paper, however there is less pigment to spread around overall. Also depending what you are using the distilled turpentine on, you should debate if you need to use a brush for line textures (examples: tables, trees, long hair). Or even a cotton swab for a more smooth look by circling the pigment around. You can place more color pencil on it once it tries, but that is up to you as artist. Also it smells, but you can work with it (just don't use too much or leave it open). In the picture i shared, the fish are colored in soft color pencil lead the blue back ground is hard lead. Right below the first present is soft lead with the rocks. When treated the soft lead could run into the hard lead spots with turpentine but barely the other way around.

It's the real deal.
Artist grade turpentine is expensive. This suits a need very well.

Tinier Than I Thought
It does what it needs to do. takes oil paint off but the bottle is so tiny, they did add it in the title so it's not false advertising but it's still tiny. does the job though
