im buying the board to use on my thule bike rack, is this suitable. do you supply the reg plate or do I stick letters and numbers onto the board

Hello, my understanding is that the thule bike rack that afixes to the vehicle tow bar already has the Number plate mounting plate, meaning all you effectively need is the number plate not this trailer board, I have a Thule bike rack, fits 3 bikes & onto the towbar & all I needed was the number plate, I brought this trailer board for a sailing dinghy, not sure if this helps I suppose it depends on what Thule Bike rake you have...

will this product work with a land rover discovery 3?

Assuming you have a standard 'old' style 7 pin hook-up, it'll work fine. If you have the new 13 pin style hook-up, you'll need an adapter.
