The description says Latex free but the syle suggests there is latex.** A: I have not used these in quite some time but I do believe there is a bit of latex in these. I went with something soft and firm in a resistance band, but if these work for you, I would say go ahead and use them. When I first used them, they were strong and resilient and worked very well.
