Nice product for our hall kitchen. Easy to keep clean.

Perfect when our hot water failed and we needed to heat the water for washing whilst the boiler was replaced. It worked exactly as described.

Bought this , not to have tea in it , but to have constantly boiling water to make fishing bait with. I know sounds odd ,. but believe me it works . I really quality item that does just what it is supposed to do.

Easy to use lid

Ordered a 10l and received a 30l boiler. Bigger than we need but we were desperate to use it by a certain date for an event, so didn't return it. Was same price.

Up to the same high quality as the rest of the 'Burco' range. The Cygnet has been given extra safety with the addition of 'secure lid' fixing - super! Looking forward to many years of faithful service from 'our little urn'!

Product works as advertised. If you don’t like having to constantly put on a kettle then this product is for you. It’s large enough for a small household and doesn’t constantly require filling. So far so good, I’ll post an update after 6 months of use and again after 12 months.
