How will I know when I should change the filter for my Nuwave OxyPure Portable?

Check the filter icon on your air purifier. If it is yellow, the filter may be replaced, if desired. If the icon is red, then the filter should be replaced as soon as possible.

How do I change the filters in my OxyPure Portable?

Please see the User Manual and video attached to this listing for detailed instructions. Before installing the new filters, make sure that the plastic packaging has been removed, or the OxyPure Portable will not function properly.

What model OxyPure is compatible with the 2-pack HEPA/Carbon filters?

These filters are ONLY compatible with the Nuwave OxyPure Portable. They will not fit any other air purifier model. The OxyPure Portable models that are compatible are 47401 and 47402.

Where can I find the model number on my OxyPure?

The model number is listed on the manufacturer's label on the back of you OxyPure. It can also be found on the first page of the User Manual included with your OxyPure Portable unit.

Why do the filters not fit inside of my Nuwave OxyPure Portable air purifier?

First, please ensure that the carbon side of the filter is facing the inside of the unit, and the HEPA side is facing outwards. If the filter still does not fit, please refer to the video attached to this listing for a visual step-by-step guide.
