After researching this product extensively prior to ordering I was confident in the quality. I did consult with my yoga instructor and they indicated that these seemed like decent quality. Having used them I can confirm that they are firm, dense, they keep their shape and they do everything I hoped they would do. The grey color is pleasing and goes with about any decor. It also came with a strap which is great for stretching. Great quality. Great value - and they are holding up exceptionally well.

I am working on my stretching. I needed two blocks and a strap and I was very happy to find this pack that had all the elements to a reasonable price. The purple color is vibrant and it looks great. The blocks are very comfy when using them and the strap is a good length, does not feel short. Good materials. I have used them 3-4 times now.

I bought this Gaiam yoga block to help with correcting my pelvic tilt, and it's honestly been super useful. I keep one at my study desk and place it between my knees while I’m sitting for long periods. This small habit has really helped me start addressing my right-left imbalance. I’ve been very right-side dominant for years, and my left side has been weaker, which contributed to my pelvic tilt. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely noticing improvements. The block itself is lightweight but firm, and it holds up well even with daily use. I also use it during yoga, especially for pigeon pose, where it gives just the right support. I don’t use the strap much since I already had one, but it’s a nice bonus to have if you need it. If you're working on posture or alignment issues like I am, or just want a reliable block for stretching or yoga, this one does the job well. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and affordable.

I use these blocks in the bathroom like a squatty potty. I never liked the look of the squatty potties. They look medical or like those toddler potty training ladders. These block can be discreetly pushed to the side and used as needed. They are soft, good size, and non slip. They can be used to provide a lower or higher angle.

Gaiam makes the absolute best yoga supplies. These blocks have such an awesome texture and they're not as ugly as some of the ones I've seen. The beveled edges make then extremely comfortable to use. The strap is a really soft material which doesn't chafe, but has enough grip to not slide off your body parts. The strap is also super long which I love, because I'm a bit taller than the norm and it gives me the length I need. I've had these for a few months now, and even with daily use I haven't seen any deterioration with the blocks or the strap. Thanks Gaiam!

Product came in nice packaging (although I wish the blocks were not wrapped in plastic) - good for giving as a gift. The blocks seem nice and solid and the strap seems to be made of good quality. I was pleased.

It’s not Gaiam but does the job
