Bananas work well in baking but the taste doesn’t work for every thing. This neat egg doesn’t change the taste of the recipe and is super easy. So far I’ve tried crab cakes, meat balls, oatmeal bread, banana bread, muffins, pancakes and cookies and they all came out as if I had used real eggs.
