This phone chest mount is awesome, it comes with everything you need, and it is very sturdy and durable. I couldn't get my phone holder to tighten down and face forward, so I had to use a thicker rubber plumber washer to get my phone to stop swiveling on me during a jog. The phone lanyard is really awesome extra security. I really enjoy using this when I'm jogging! Thank you!

The phone chest and head mount harness work very well. Even when you're wearing the head harness after a while you barely notice that you're wearing it. They work great for fishing.

I have an iPhone 16 pro. I shoot mostly landscape / horizontal orientation. To try this out, I shot at 1 X zoom Chest mount works well and easy to get camera out of the mount to use hand-held (especially if you need telephoto shots ) Video was smooth, even when walking rapidly. I’ll not be using the head mount as camera (including a light weight case) felt quite heavy and bouncy. Video was bouncy. Good value for a chest mount iPhone holder.

I’ve started walking as a form of exercise and I needed something like this when talking on the phone, it met my expectations.

Comes with all the equipment you need, but it's very cheap, and is easy to break. It's very delicate, and would be a 5 start if it was durable enough to deal with dog walks. But it broke when putting it on for the 5th or 6th time.
