How well does this work on a 22" round weber grate with the Oxo having a square head as opposed to the weber 3 sided wire brush?

I use this on a 22 inch weber kettle with the gourmet grates. You will not be able to get into the edges with it because of the protrusion of the flat metal scraper off the end. This brush does an okay job otherwise.

What's the max temperature for this brush?

Not sure this answer would provide an accurate information to the question asked. We cleaned the grate of a kamado-style grill and it worked great. The grill was at 450⁰F at the time.
