I BOUGHT A REMOTE FOR MY LG A/C. IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT, THAT ARRIVED, BUT IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO RETURN BOTH DEFECTIVE UNITS AND GET A REFUND!!!

It looked like my remote for the my AC but the controls don't match, I need an LG remote.
The remote looks like my remote for my lg air conditioner but it does not work. I need an lg remote. I need to return for exchange if possible

It’s stuck on Celsius and I want Fahrenheit.
It works fine in controlling the AC, but the AC display is in Fahrenheit , but the remote is stuck in Celsius.
