I BOUGHT A REMOTE FOR MY LG A/C. IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT, THAT ARRIVED, BUT IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO RETURN BOTH DEFECTIVE UNITS AND GET A REFUND!!!
