It screws on well and it’s a nice fit, there is no colour cast to my images and the only degrading happening is the one you bought the filter for, that is to reduce clarity and add a nice halo on lighting. I keep this on my camera 100% of the time and it’s cheap enough that should it get damaged, I can justify ordering a new one.
