Instead of feeling your own hot uncomfortable breath with each exhale, making the whole mask uncomfortably moist over time, air flows right through it. Overall the stitching seems sturdy enough. I have a big head and it seems to fit well once I've got my head through the neck of it, though it's too tight to wear any glasses under it. It puts an uncomfortable pressure on the tip of my nose. My biggest complaint is perhaps the 3 inch tall bright white morph mask logo just under the back of your neck when it's being worn. Given, your probably wearing something that coverts this up, but it could have been placed much lower on the neck cover portion to hide it better, or for that matter moved INSIDE the neck, instead of in plain site.
