The dog enjoys it. Still training him to play on his own and with me.

The ball is easily destroyed, doesn't come with instructions explaining how to put the treats inside, plus it tips over way to easy, slides on carpet and for sure on hardwood floors. The fact that it doesn't accommodate an actual tennis ball is very disappointing. Since my dog destroyed the ball after the 2nd time she grabbed the ball I won't be able to return this. So it was a major waste of money. Save your money and find a better design and a better quality design. The only positive this is there is no noise, except when the dog knocks it over because it can smell there are treats inside it. Save your money!!!

The treat-dispensing mechanism is disappointing. Despite trying several types of small training treats, they consistently became stuck inside. The internal design appears to rely solely on a gravity ramp, and while the doors open, this does not facilitate the release of the treats effectively. When treats do become lodged, the only solution is to press down the paddle and shake the toy, as the refill opening is too narrow to reach inside. This makes the toy frustrating to use, especially for those my dog I had high hopes for this as a more challenging option for my dog, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Perhaps I received a defective unit, but I am not inclined to try another.

I have tried to make adjustments to the release lever to release the treats but very rarely does the dog get treats. I have tried many different treats shapes and sizes but nothing really works. Dog likes to put the ball in the hole, but over all the device does work as intended.

the ball is a softer ball so if you have a dog that loves to play with the ball then put in ball activity don't let your dog have the ball I found what works best is a tennis ball

The ball for this toy was chewed after just one day. The treats would not come out properly when the ball was dropped in. Unsafe ball because my dog would have eaten the entire thing if I didn't see it

Good idea, but it was cheap and didnt work as I was hoping.

J'ai déjà acheté plusieurs jeux d'intelligence pour mon Berger Américain Miniature. Il aime beaucoup, mais celui-ci le rend particulièrement joyeux et curieux. Il faut cependant aider le chien à faire la relation entre la balle à introduire dans le conduit et la chute des croquettes. Mais il y prend tellement de plaisir, il va y arriver tout bientôt.

Mein Hund liebt dieses Intelligenzspiel! Der „Ball & Treat“ hält ihn beschäftigt, weil er aktiv nach Leckerlis suchen muss. Robust gebaut, kein Problem bei häufigem Einsatz.

Buen juguete pero es complicado de usar para algunos perros, sobretodo porque si el perro es grande no puede meter el pico para darle a la palanca y sacar los premios
