Very soft flour
Used this flour for making har gow dumplings and they came out nearly perfectly, very pleased overall. (Would have been more perfect if I was better at rolling out the dough!) The flour is actually contained in two plastic bags though, so not great for the enviroment, but it does mean it isn't going to go everywhere.
